'Tread Lightly' Project
Various public places and walking paths in HRM are traversed by our members weekly, any litter found is bagged and disposed of properly each week.
'Resting But Remembered' Project
A list of cemeteries which are grown over and largely forgotten has been compiled by our members and through hard work and a small amount of funding, we hope to record a complete registry of those interred, restore and clean markers as well as upkeep the grounds of these cemeteries.
'Our Past' Project
Working through the Canadian Archives, Provincial Archives and various other sources, we hope to compile a large source of period information concerning the Legion of Frontiersmen as well as local history. As the collection grows, all information will be made available online.
